The waiver for the initial application and recertification interviews and the waiver for the recording requirement for telephonic signatures have both been extended through March 31, 2022.
Additionally, an extension of the waiver of the requirement for quality control face-to-face interviews has also been extended for the period of January 1, 2022 through June 30th, 2022.
