New CalFresh Forms Available

The following three new CalFresh forms are now available for use:

• CalFresh Request for Authorized Representative

• CalFresh Request for Authorized Representative Drug or Alcohol Treatment Center Resident

• CalFresh Student Exemption Screening Form
